The consistency in their service is why I keep coming back. I had to use their Telemedicine Access once, and it was convenient. Their claim process, even for small things like a lost item, generally runs smoothly. The mobile app is solid, easy to manage policies and file claims. They're a reliable option, much better than some others I've tried before, like a policy I once had with Travel Guard that was a headache to deal with. They still don't have a student discount though, which would be nice.
